Pine Meadows Country Club is nestled in the Ponderosa pines atop the Mogollon Rim in sunny Arizona.  The summer temperature at PMCC is 20 to 30 degrees cooler than in Phoenix.

Pine Meadows Country Club is open to the public and offers golf on a splendid 9 hole golf course. Our log clubhouse features a pro shop, lounge and comfortable dining room.  We are currently in the process of expanding to an incredible 18 hole course.

Pine Meadows Country Club and PMCC Estates, located in the heart of the Sitgreaves National Forest, is just a 2 1/2 hour drive from the valley. It is situated next to the airpark in Overgaard which is just a 35 minute flight from the Scottsdale Airport.

The club is available for golf to the general public and is currently accepting applications for full golf memberships. View our membership page to view membership benefits and costs.  There are several annual golf tournaments that take place throughout the year.

Opportunities for all kinds of activities are just outside your cabin door. There are limitless opportunities for fishing, hiking, walking, biking and cross-country skiing as well as snowmobiling.
In the summer months there is always something going on in Overgaard, especially on the weekends. The 4th of July celebration is spectacular. In the fall Oktoberfest, sponsored by the Heber/Overgaard Chamber of Commerce, is a lively celebration which draws visitors from all around Arizona.

Current Events

2007 is turnung out to be a very exciting year.  As many of you know, the expansion of the new nine holes has started. We expect to be golfing on the entire 18 hole course in the summer of 2008. These changes will make Pine Meadows Country Club more enjoyable than ever.

At Pine Meadows you will experience a great, easy going atmosphere.  The current golf course is in great condition and there is an excitement in the air with everybody talking about the new nine holes that are coming.  Come in to Pine Meadows and enjoy yourself on the course, in our service bar or comfortable restaurant.  We can help you out whenever you need assistance. Whether it is planning a special golf event or planning your wedding  We are ready to serve YOU!

David Snyder has been doing a fantastic job as golf course Superintendent. The course is back to the great playing conditions many of you have experienced in the past.  David has decades of experience in golf course maintenance and is very familiar with Pine Meadows. He will be an integral part of our expansion efforts. Scott Price and his crew arealso working closely with David to ensure excellent playing conditions.

You asked for it and now you’ve got it!

With expansion efforts started, you are now able to reserve a lot to build your new cabin.  Reservations are now being accepted and cabins will be available for sale in fall 2007.  Click on the "expansion project" button above to view our preliminary master plan and the lots still available in phase 1.  Our master plan includes the new golf course expansion lay out as well as proposed lots.

Please be patient while our expansion project moves forward.  It is estimated that the first round of golf will be played on that back nine in the summer of 2008. We anticipate playing the entire 18 holes into the fall of 2008. In the fall of 2008, we expect to close the front nine and begin a complete renovation there, including a new state of the art irrigation system, as well as hole re-design. The front nine and the new Pine Meadows golf course should be open for play sometime in 2009. Home sites will continue to be available in phases throughout the expansion process.

We now have rental cabins available in the Heber/ Overgaard area if you have guests coming up that need a place to stay.  Click on our "cabin rentals" link on this website or contact Jeff Gross for rental cabin fees and availability at 602-647-6905.

Come enjoy Pine Meadows!  Bring your family and friends and let them enjoy the Pine Meadows experience as well. If you have a special event, let us know. We will be happy to coordinate your event for you. If you have any special golf needs, please do not hesitate to contact us. Remember, our team is ready to serve you!

Sincerely,
The Pine Meadows Team - Owners, management and staff
